Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state has said that Lagos State is what it is because of the impact of indigenes of Anambra on the state. Obiano speaking during an interview with Channels Television on developments in the state as well as his plans for the next four years said “Anambra made Lagos what it is” whether anyone accepts it or not. |

Please we Igbos should stop this trait of bragging, let our achievements speak for us, I am sure people are aware of our contributions to Lagos and Nigeria at large, we don't need to state the obvious lest it appears like bragging which is not a good trait. This is why Messi is so loved, he never louds his achievements or proclaims himself to be the greatest of all time, but Ronaldo will keep doing PR and louding every milestone he achieves, even though journalists flood it in media. I just don't get this man's fixation with Lagos? Obviously, incompetent people with nothing to show are always using other places, people and entities to distract and deflect. Is this man saying Anambra people are the governors and the leaders in Lagos decades ago till today and they even built all the industrial estates, all the industries, all the bridges, the roads the schools, hospitals, power plants, waterworks, parks, and so on and even pay all the N34 billion per month IGR. Why not just concentrate on your own job and your own state instead of ranting and lamenting about other people's state and land far far away from you every day?
