Ike was playing chess with Jackie and believes they had a stalemate instead of a win for Jackie. They called Venita as a third party and she concurred it was a win for Jackie. Our soft gangster said he will call someone else. He went to the kitchen and narrated their situation to Mike and Mike was asking him what a stalemate is because he does not know.
Ike had to waste valuable minutes explaining stalemate to him why he stressing our gangster this way
