This wouldn't be a big deal in a normal - functioning country but in Nigeria i guess it's laudable.

Sometimes, it's still normal to commend people for carrying out their constitutional responsibilities, just because some idiots had failed or are failing to do same.

Because the former Governor there was not paying their salaries promptly and this does not exempt other Governors that owe

Simply because politics, the right can not be done, under normal circumstances would you have done so, because politics approaches you change temporarily automatic which does not last
