Some car owners can be so mean...

Here is a moment two boys were spotted washing a moving vehicle by the road side during traffic.

The boys were seen washing and cleaning the car as the driver moves slowly.

The boys tried to meet up with the car as they washed it, but the driver drove off to their surprise.

This was quite hash coming from the driver, at least he or she would have let them know before driving off, to avoid the unknown from happening.
