Manchester United fans want Mason Greenwood to come into their side for this weekend's game against Crystal Palace.

United were unfortunate not to maintain their winning start to the season, as they were held 1-1 by Wolves in an entertaining Monday night clash at Molineux. Paul Pogba missed a penalty after Anthony Martial continued his excellent form in front of goal to open United's scoring.


Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now prepares his side for a home encounter with struggling Palace at Old Trafford this Saturday.

And supporters, in response to a poll by MEN Sport, have called for the inclusion of Greenwood from the start, after making two substitute appearances so far this season.

Asked the question: "Which of these players (if any) should come into Manchester United's team vs Crystal Palace?", the majority of almost 7,000 respondents voted for Greenwood — a 57 per cent share.

Andreas Pereira got 21 per cent and Juan Mata 15 per cent of the vote. Angel Gomes was a name put forward by many of the 7 per cent who said "other", with United fans clearly eager to see young homegrown stars feature more for the first team
