If Ogun is to employ only ogun knowing very well we are a federation, this won't be right thing to do as they may not employ people on merit.etc

You need to stop confusing yourself! Statistics show Yoruba have been shortchanged as far as regional based employments are concerned. Banks in Igboland hire 99% igbos, in Hausaland 85% but in Yorubaland 45%. Yoruba youths have no jobs yet the little available in Yorubaland are shared with foreigners who don't share their own with us.

Irish and all others all over the world consider their own people first before outsiders. Look ,you are not getting my point..ethnicity bounds to prevail in every region which I accept but when it comes to job employment of a region as you put it, ethnic tribe can be sorted out first but my point is putting individuals on merit for that right job should be considered and not about ethnic group.

Look at this example outside job employment.. let us look at state universities in Nigeria where for students to get admission, they look at state of origin first which is killing the education system in Nigeria..There are student of that state of origin where the university is located who are unable to pass the required mark needed for entry, just because they think of "tribe" first, they allow them in which you and I know that this is not a merit way of acceptance into the university but those students outside the state of origin who passed dont get to be accepted into school...why?
