Buhari just repeating all the foolishness he did as Head of State. During those inglorious dark months of Buhari-Idiagbon tyranny, Buhari refused to honour our debt obligations claiming he did not borrow the money that they should ask Shagari. The British govt then went to work seizing Nigerian assets including several Nigerian Airways aircrafts. The man is a monumental disaster who sees governance as not a continuum but a personal myopic venture. |

However, not much can be gleaned on the Internet about this company except its case against Nigeria. It appears, therefore , that the company is a portfolio firm incorporated in 2006 to secure the contract with Nigeria . |

Let them cease Nigerians , I means owned by Nigeria as government not individual establishment. They can as well close and take over Nigeria embassy there and even take over Abuja house in London where buhari sneaks in whenever his health fails him. Thank you. |

In as much as Nigeria may be liable, I do not think the judgment is fair. Telling a country to pay $9.6 bn as 'future profit' for work that has not been done is quite reckless and irresponsible from the judge. If it was a Nigerian company against the British government the judge would never give such an award of almost $10bn. If Brexit is giving them headache, they should face the EU or Trump and stop targeting defenceless 3rd world countries with stupid, reckless, and senseless judgments. We must resist this at all cost. |

Sonoyom:He was the VP in 2010 Jan when the contract was signed. Jonathan became the president in May 2010, he has all the capacity again to review the contract immediately he was sworn in as Commander in Chief. Fast forward to 2013, when the British company was awarded $9b as a result of Yaardua/ Jonathan government to keep with the contractual agreement . He had the whole 2 years again to re appeal / negotiate but he did not until it became so late in 2015. |

This so-called firm are fraudsters masquerading as a real company. They have no experience running oil business. Their company was worth nothing at the time the arangee agreement was signed. Yet, they and their Nigerian accomplices had the guts to ask for compensation for doing nothing when they should be under investigation for money laundering. They will get nothing at the end. |
