Folks who come to the island for business , instead of paying for a hotel stay here .

Second ...I haven't had to spend a dime on transport .
The place I work is within walking distance from where I live .If you're in Lagos , you'll understand better why this is a huge bonus .

Three - 24 hours electricity supply .Which is very good for my business .

Five - connection ......I also don't need to stress the importance of this either .

I was on the Island few months ago when I visited Radautoworks for my car servicing, I just loved everything there bar the annoying traffic. The class of people, the breathe of fresh air, etc.

Life is really sweet over there. I was just pointing out the obvious, that's all.

Roads are bad here, electricity is almost as bad too, security of life isn't guaranteed, u hardly meet people of the high class.

I totally get your point cos how much is 2.5m if someone has, say 100m or even 50m in Federal Government Treasury bill, the returns being paid upfront every year will pay the house rent easily with plenty change left but it's still better to strive to outrighly own a house of one's own than paying huge on rent every year. That's my point.
