The woman, identified as Mrs. Esther Bernard Ugweze is apparently so delighted as she profusely thanks the Vice President, the video shows.

The incidence occurred at the second Family visit of the VP in Nasarawa where he met with MarketMoni beneficiaries of loans of N50,000.

The video, as usual, elicited reactions from Nigerians, some of which we highlight below.
