she’s more like a chief whip and that’s because she doesn’t want to lose so she just tries to ensure that people don’t clash. She gave ZERO directive. Everything they did was jointly done as a team.

Tacha was being tactful with Frodd. Simple, not as a leader, but just so they don’t clash and hinder their team. Tacha was never leader in any capacity.

Ike is the only person I pity on this team . He has been shouting that they run it one more time, Seyi is eating, Mike lying down, Mercy doing make up, Diane and Cindy nowhere to be found.
They have not even ran their full presentation , not for once.

Esther is not rude. If she was, Biggie would have given her a strike like he did to some rude elements in the house. (Note not every with strikes are rude but most of them are). She loves to confront people whenever she's not okay with tthem but is quite diplomatic in her approach and wouldn't use dirty words unlike Mercy calling someone useless or Tacha calling someone a stupid bastard or Venita calling someone a hoe. She's called out Seyi, Mike and even sir Dee etc yet they're still all friends with her because she didn't call them nasty names. Learn the difference.

I don't really know Esther but from everything I gathered, she doesn't take bullshit or rambling. And if she had same opinion on Khafi after Gedoni left. She's gonna have same opinion on Frodd. I hope not but that was what it is.

You are still missing the point. Have you done any training or course on team work? Do you understand the importance of a nucleus in a team? A team MUST jointly work together to achieve a goal with someone taking the leading role to bring together the different talents and characters under a platform conducive enough for them to perform efficiently. Tacha did this and they all succeeded.

Oga, I know it's hard for u to admit but Tacha was their 'unofficial' leader. Omoshola, Sirdee and Enkay mentioned it at different times. Enkay even acknowledged Tacha as their leader while she was given the closing remarks 2 weeks ago. When Biggie asked leaders to give closing remarks last week, Tacha gave the remarks. Mike chose Esther to represent him.

DURING THE PUZZLE GROUP TASK, SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO ARRANGE HER PUZZLE, INSTEAD SHE WAS PICKING THE PIECES FOR HER TEAM AND PRETENDED LIKE SHE WAS HELPING OUT , MAKING HER TEAM TO BE A MEMBER LESS.

WHEN BUZZER WAS PRESSED, TACHA SAID, " U MEAN IT'S 10 MINUTES?" IT FEELS LIKE 2 MINUTES. MEANWHILE THE TIMER WAS RIGHT OPPOSITE HER. THE NEXT DAY, SHE EXHAUSTED HER 5 MINUTES AS USUAL. SHE DEY ALWAYS THINK SAY SHE GET SENSE. I WAS AGHAST WHEN SHE INSULTED FRODD, AND CALLED HIM A "BLOCK HEAD".
