With arguably the best player in modern times in the person of Lionel Messi you will have expected Barcelona will win the Champions League every other year but time again the undoing of Barca, the wall between them and ultimate glory has been their defence which they have paid scant attention to over the years.

The truth is stark. To win a trophy you just have to have the first to third best defender in that class be it a League or a Cup tourney. Defenders may not win Balon Dor's individually but they will win trophies for their teams.

Chelsea and United are twin brothers this season,nobody should laugh at each other.. they are both suffering from the same inexperienced coaching.. you sell without replacing.. Let Luiz leave and expect Zouma to perform miracles
Ole is busy selling everybody he can lay his hands on, and expecting miracles too.. inexperience at its best showing

He knew we needed him as a result of transfer ban. He and Rudiger were our best bet

At least buy like 3 defenders
But he pulled the rug dieing minute of transfer

Although there is a blessing for us is
Emergence of young talents like Abraham and Mount
If we manage top ten this season we try
Then use next season for total overhaul of squad
