World Igbo Congress (WIC) at the weekend in Houston, Texas conferred on the Minority leader of the Senate, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe the prestigious Distinguished Service Award 2019, for his courage, consistency and the defence of rule of law and People's rights in democracy.

Abaribe is the most popular politician in Igbo land at the moment. He is one of the very few who spoke out against operation python dance and condemned IPOB proscription. He has never been afraid to stand by his people and condemn the government of Buhari when they get it wrong.

The government of Buhari even arrested him at some point but could not establish anything against him


Nobody is going to attack him, he is one of the few good political leaders we have

Sorry am not afonja or whatever you call it. Am a Nigerian, am everywhere and I have no hate for any tribe. I only laugh when I see people doing rubbish be it Hausa, ibo, yoruba or whatever. Am proud naija delta who will still condemn my people when I see wrong doings. So peace bro and sorry because you might have to quit this forum if you won't like to see more of my post like these.
