The guy fails to realize that Lampard is a championship coach with only one year of experience. Added to that is that he lost players and can't even buy. Wetin dey bench wey he wan bring on? He's still doing well with this very poor personnel

Squadwise yeah he has to work with what he's got . I know it's a shitty situation with the squad but at least the tactics have to be on point.
My criticism is based on tactics, squad selection and what was with the stupid sub yesterday of not bringing Christensen on and then bringing an 18 year old on in a very intense game, Winning 2-1 and bringing Gilmour in is just hilarious Especially when we were clearly under pressure and not in control of the game at all.The same could be argued for Bats why not Giroud who would have served us better with his holdup play. The final two subs were a disaster. Batshuayi is NOT the player to bring on over Giroud when you need to retain possession, his loose touches contributed to us conceding possession multiple times. He showed how naive he was yesterday and he has been given a free pass because he is a club legend. Am not saying Lampard hasn't tried but common you don't a world class team to beat Norwich and shieffield.

Him using his two subs at that 84 mins was naive, you bring one in first to reduce the pressure, then around 90 mins you bring the other one just to take the pressure off your team again with the player to be substituted wasting time coming out or feigning injury.
All he just needed to do was bring in an extra defender

Our skipper has been a bag of shit since the beginning of the season, he ought to have closed down the Sheffield united left back before he sent that cross, there's nothing Zouma could have done, if he wasn't quick enough, Mouset would still score, it was just ill luck against him.
And i don't see what Pulisic contributed in that game not to be substituted alongside Barkley.
We're in deep trouble this season and i don't see how Rudiger and Kante inclusion would help.

If Lampard had made such sub the whole world would have been clamouring that he is a low budget Mourinho/ Simeone.

Bringing in Gilmour was totally unnecessary and the wrong move but putting in Christensen in place of Kovacic to make it 5 defenders and 1 midfielder would have also not been a good move.
