You liar dangote refinery is in lekki and when I mean lekki I am not talking lekki phase 1 or lekki phase 2 I am talking father inside lekki a place called "ibeju lekki" (why am I even explainimg to you, it's not as uf you know lagos or you have been to it). Most African cities were beautiful and well maintained during those days but I think due to mass rural to urban migration till to date, over straining of urban resources due to over population has led to some commotion of some facilities in these cities leading to creation of informal shanty settlements.
