What is breach of business privacy? If you're talking about breach of confidentiality, it doesn't exist in this kind of transaction. That law covers special transactions of which this isn't one.

At least, he didn't post screenshots of their conversation while begging for discounts like they did yours the other day.

Even at that, I must still stand that he shouldn't have done that. He is just trying to gain cheap publicity of which he will loose customers.

Plus he is not first and won't be the last person to pay part of the money for a car in the world even in his business(paying part or splitting payments for months or even years for a car is common in the western world and developed countries). For your information, many people even so-called rich/wealthy people do that not necessarily because they don't have the money to pay outrightly.

As in my case you made reference to, I had over 3.4M which was proven in my personal and the said car is 2.8M. I paid 1.5M outrightly and to balance 1.3M in 2 to 3 months time but thank God I didn't even pay the whole amount which I wanted to pay that day because the car turned out to be a lemon one of which its transmission parked on the highway after two days. I ended up loosing over 850k in the deal of the car because I returned it; it would have been worse had it been I completed the payment or paid the whole amount outrightly.

Take it or leave it, majority of car dealers in Nigeria actually lack self disciplines, self respects, respects for customers etc.
