Romelu Lukaku has taken to Instagram to express his disappointment after he was racially abused by Cagliari fans during the weekend game.


Lukaku who was just playing his second game for Inter following the move from Manchester United was a subject of monkey chant from the Cagliari fans who have done this to the likes of Moise Kean, Matuidi and Samuel Eto'o in the past.

Lukaku has, however, call on football government body and social media platforms to do something about the situation and see that act like this doesn't continue.

No! is just an act of racism and its bad. The same fans did the same thing to Moise Keane last season also. Racism is bad for football!

Not necessarily. Fans riot and kill if they perceive their teams lost unfairly. So using name calling to give their teams an advantage is nothing.
