This is already solve right now, the portal was undergoing some changes as at that point in time.

There as never been an official cut-off mark released for any course/department in Fuoye, so we are not expecting that to come out this year too.

AAAaaah, this is bad, I wish you've spoke up earlier, that score 61.67 is good enough, recently when I attended to someone with similar issue is when I realize reason why you have high score and not admitted yet is cause there's something wrong somewhere, maybe you didn't upload your O'Level or whatever it is.

I'm sorry it's a little to late now, would you consider going for Fuoye Jupeb or Pre-Degree programm?
