What is the undertone message from the example of Dangote he gave? And if he doesn't mean to justify what these xenophobic monkies are doing, then why did he go ahead to make this statement..

He says he doesn't mean to justify it, yet it doesn't sound like he is condemning it either.

This earth does not belong to anyone and no place belongs to any individual. There's no crime in moving somewhere else more favorable for commerce; the human nature but the blaming of Nigerians for the problems in their country is a pure case of iberiberism and impeccable laziness.
