If he hasn't added bank or card on the acct before you bought it and he sold it as verified to you, he scammed you probably cos you didn't know it is to be there before an acct is verified ...

I asked the guy for refund, he said he is having financial issues, I stayed quiet only for me to see the guy posting his advert 20 mins later.

i told him I have a account which is yet to be link to a card and he was okay with it then after giving him the account(usa), he went on funding the account without link his card
Then days later he came back saying the account gotten limited then I told him I have a Romania account not USA this time he said he was okay with it then I told him to add to add a card first again still he went on to fund it again without linking a card to it.
How are I to be blame for that ?

Its when the acct got limited that u brought out a Romania Id card that I even knew it was Romania at the first place, look at my search on whatsapp for Romania, u can search ur own and see if it will bring out where u mentioned Romania
