Please I need information as regards Zenith Bank monthly salary plus annual allowances and bonuses available to a Graduate trainee staff.

Recently got two offers from different institutions and Zenith bank happens to be one of them..

Please I need your inputs to enable me make informed decision.

It's called Graduate Assistant...Salary Is #101,000 Per month...no benefit,no ad ons,no health plan,no leave allowance et Al...

I was made to understand its a contract offer also.

But how much does their permanent staff earn monthly plus annual allowances and bonuses available to them.

When ur promoted to ET..which takes minimum of 3 years...Salary will be upped to 130...Upfront every January 500K..There's health and leave allowance too

I was told by a staff that if one is recruited as a Graduate assistant, one gets converted to a full staff upon completion of ICAN or ACCA..please how true is this? And what level is one placed after getting chartered. (I'm on the verge of completing ICAN, I have one paper left) reason I'm asking.

it depends on the department ur thrown into..Yeah after completing ICAN u will be converted but Marketers Earn Promotion more faster cos they making money for the bank..A markerter can be promoted every year depending on his/get performance,but if it's Operations,promotion is pegged. So I CAN guarantees u promotion to the next level...Yes.
