hello sir good evening, please I have digestive issues recently and same time it seems my throat is dry and I find it a little difficult swallowing saliva and my intestines makes alot of sounds, I have dandruff, though I have been living with pain in my stomach like 7 years now ( probably ulcers),

Pls don't contemplate suicide, it is not n won't be a solution. There r pple out there suffering more than us, not that they r not tired of life themselves but they r just being optimistic. Pls endeavours to be optimistic about getting cured.

I have this condition that has been bugging me for some years now. Probably close to 7 years.

It started mildly but got worse over time. It's a debilitating condition.

The symptoms are so many and i'm not sure if they're related or if it's a condition that gave birth to another and then another.

The most comonn symptoms are:

Body Weakness: I always feel like a walking corpse and my strength level is very low. I get weak for doing the minimalist of things like even talking. Even sleep does not help in refreshing my body.

Memory issues: My thoughts are very basic and this has meant that i've not been able to do anything intellectually demanding because my memory has become pathetic. I can hardly learn new things or even perform well at things that i used to be good at.

Other symptoms, some of which come and go or used to be there but no more there are:

Lack of muscle control : I don't know if i'm right in terming it "Lack of muscle control" but it just feels like i'm not physically fat and very clumsy.

Stress: This is similar to the body weakness. I have stress that doesn't ever get to go away. You can tell from my face that i'm always stressed even without doing anything.

Anxiety: I may also have anxiety because i tend to be panicky a lot at the slightest thing i hear. When i'm travelling by road, my eyes are always on the road to make sure the car does not get into an accident.

Slurry speech: I think there's a disconnect between my mouth and my brain. It's like i force speech out of my mouth especially when i want to pronounce certain words.

Sexual dysfunction: I don't even know if this is related to other symptoms. But i just thought i should leave it here.

I don't even think i have described this symptoms very well.

I have been to doctors and they almost always tell me it's depression and while i think some of these symptoms can be found in depressive people and while i also think depression was a symptom, i don't think it's the underlying problem. Some Nigerian doctors don't seem patient enough to rule out other conditions.

Many at times, we claim we are mentally Ok when we daily struggle with: depression, anxiety, fear, drug addiction, sleep problems, sexual problems etc -

Pls go to the hospital, let them evaluate u thoroughly. If after evaluation, they r still not able to resolve it, most likely it will be what I'm actually thinking.

...good morning..please can u give me hint about the kind of investigations required...I wanted to do cranial MRI but I was told I would need a note from a neurologist...I visited luth hospital and they said since I don't have a referral..I will need to book a date for consultation..they booked me for dec.7th..the date is just too far..
