Good day everyone, pls I need help I don't know what is happening to my skin, it all started about a year ago. I started noticing some yellow spots on my neck and chest region and now it is getting worse. I have no idea about what the cause might be. I don't apply cream on my body so it can't be reaction, and it's not eczema. Please help out if you have even the slightest idea. I beg you please. Mods pls help move to fp.
