Hello house....how can I get a dell laptop charger of 19.5v. 9.23A. 180W..can anyone be of help ?

Does anyone have an idea where I can get dis ?
I sent someone to computer village ikeja to get it for me buh he couldn't find it..

I'm being so skeptical buying things on EBay..do u have a reliable courier service that can ship it to Nigeria?
