I want to know if the black south Africans have been able to improved their country from where the white stops? could this be that development is not for black people? we can all observed that south Africa massive infrastructural development was as a result of the white south Africans. the whites settles there because of the weather conditions and developed it massively unlike the rest of other Africans. |
