"They Illegally Trespassed On My Land", Young Shall Grow CEO Cries Out

Chief Vincent Obianodo; owner of The Young Shall Grow Motors has filed a suit at the Lagos State High Court against the Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government, Valentine Buraimoh, for illegal, forceful trespass of land belonging to his company, Vinee Oil Nigeria Limited

The said land/property which is lying situate at Second Avenue, Opposite Old NEPA Office, a stone throw from 22 Road junction, FESTAC Town.

In the suit before the honourable court, the 73-year-old transporter is praying the Lagos State High Court, Lagos Division, for an interlocutory injunction restraining further action on the land by the council, pending the determination of the case. He is also seeking N100 million damages for the alleged trespass.

It's confirmed! The fallow land between Communion Church and Agboju market. That is where those cab drivers park.

The land fully and rightly belongs to YSG. There was a time they placed their signpost there.

What you don't know or understand ask questions, I was told by one of the spare parts dealers that the YSG owner bought the land and gave the marketers some months to leave b4 demolishing the market a year and half ago.

He should have evicted those cab drivers, that is why the LGA could lay illegitimate claim to the land.
Land in Nigeria is not something you give out for free use till you need it, otherwise might lead to regrets, extra cost and time.
