It seems you are getting the post wrong, we are in the business of smoking catfish for fish farmers who doesn't have the knowledge/means of catfish processing/preservation. When you bring your fish, we weigh it to determine the cost/price of processing, after which we both count it in pieces. The reason we count is because when fish gets dried it reduces in weight/seize so the best way to ensure fair deal is to count after weighing before smoking can commence (wet/fresh fish has more weight than when dried). we smoke your fish for 90 per kg, you can determine the price you wish to sell to your customer after smoking.
