One gallon of fuel and matches can roast anyone sitting inside a bulletproof car. No bullets needed.

Social security is greater than armed security.

Haahahahah, she's writing from the "Office of the First Lady" - constitutionally non- existing office. This lie has nullified everything in the face-saving statement

Bacteriologist:

But the government that failed to provide the "welfare" to the students despite receiving exorbitant fees isn't crazy, right?

What kind of a country is this? Where asking for your right is termed crazy.

EKSU for example hasn't had power on campus/off campus hostels since 2015. Yes, you read that right. No spark of PHCN light in an area of some 10,000 nigerian students since at least 4 years ago.

Sick of living a country where this is termed normal.

Tell me you are exaggerating. How do they survive there?

I didn't expect her to say the truth but what was written in that letter was a big LIE.

Fuoye students are total disappointment. instead of protesting on the road why not passed the message to the school authority through the student union

megawatt drop from 7000 to 2886 megawatt shows electricity is a national problem. now they protested and allow the always rugged Oye youths to hijacked the protest. two promising youths gone, life lost because of some people ignorance

She flatters herself too much. She has zero authority to order police to do anything.

For every ACTION THERE IS A REACTION! The NIGERIAN students would not go violent or retaliate if they were not attacked or their safety threatened!!!

Who attacked who first!? Then who fired the shots!?
NigerianPoliceForce! As always they can't keep peace, calm an unrest or keep order without firing their AK 47 or Gun!

The FIRST LADY IS NOT TO BLAME THE NPF IS.... She isn't that heartless or dumb to say fire your guns if they don't clear the road!? The OVER ZEALOUS SECURITY DETAILS ARE TO BLAME with no training or mental judgement to handle anything related to protest or unrest.. all they know is to shoot

FUOYE even still have light EKSU it's over 6years now no light and I just heard the fees have been increased again!!! How can a state school not have Power supplied to the students who pay fees to study!?? It's absurd...

You should know that the school authorities don't have power to do anything at all!! In Nigeria is any CHANGE made with peaceful talk and process!?? ASK YOURSELF....moreover they said they started and ended the peaceful protest whatever happened after that wasn't the fault of FUOYE students...

During the Abacha regime, Bisi Fayemi and her husband were known to help hide people who were wanted for death by the then administration.
They were activists too.
I believe her.
Hoodlums must have hijacked the peaceful protests.

Ado is peaceful right now anyway.

I am not exaggerating. In fact, I am making an understatement. There has not been power supply in the environs of Ekiti State University for 6 solid years now(My initial post of 4 was inaccurate.) You can look this up on google or ask anyone who is a student or frequents the state.

I even spoke with their SUG President concerning the issue. They're protesting on the pretext of epileptic power supply in oye.

The students may have been infiltrated by local hoodlums who wreaked the havoc, but then the death of a student is sad.
