How wise is it to allow kids hawk in a busy road like that?? Some accidents aren't caused by the drivers, this very one, I believe it's the fault of the kids parents .

is that truck roadworthy?
should the truck ideally be on the road at that time?
is the road itself in good condition
why should kids be hawking at all? [if govt outlaws hawking, people starts saying govt is wicked]
then again - most trailer drivers - especially the abokis are straight up crazy. thats why dangote was looking for grads to drive his trucks

All the parents allowing little children hawk things, I know things are hard but talk to them before they leave home, if possible, let them do that only inside the market and not on the road. I love how he was not only crushed by the first wheel but dragged btw the two wheels on smooth tarmac as the truck struggled to decelerate. Then finally he got stepped on by the next wheel too.

It's cases like these you'll be wondering why the village ppl didn't just pity the poor soul and atleast give him a fighting chance with sifia bumps on the road.

This one gives a whole new meaning to crush injury.

Call a spade a spade.
The truck didn't leave the road to maim these kids in their homes or by the road. Look at the picture again, remove sentiments and tell yourself the bloody truth.
The parents should be tried and jailed for sending these kids to hawk. This is even a highway FFS!!!
When are we going to start accepting responsibility for our actions in this country and stop playing petty blame games?
