Why do Pastors collect tithes and Imams don't?
Christians generate funds to run their churches via member's donations and offerings, including tithes. How do Muslims get their funds to run mosques?

..That's one of the beauty of Islam..the situation where you see imams asking for financial support from followers is mostly when they want to build new mosque,a stranger or traveller is in serious need,a sick person who doesn't have money for treatment, a Qur'anic competition program, etc...There is no single Muslim imam that owns a private jet..But there are so many Christian pastor that own private jets and so many things while most of their members are so poor.funny enough the poor members also gives tithes to these rich pastors..If any imam tries that,Muslim scholars will publicly preach against that imam,the followers will also not support him.But the reverse is the case with Christians,the pastors and even the followers will support & defend the pastors.

Muslim to do collect donation and many small and big mosque we're built by someone or organization so those that were built by one person just name them after there family and most one the expenses are to fuel the generator and pay NEPA bill so that why they seek for assistance on Friday

Yes but there own is call ZAKAT but it won't be paid to mosque and is just once in a year or you can make it every month but there is something about it that if your earning is not up to what you will have to remove ZAKAT u can only give out what ever u will to less previleng people even those rich people that are meant to remove ZAKAT from there money are suppose to remove someone very poor out poverty if there money are so much they can remove as many as possible it may be 2/3 every year

Because Pastors preach with Bible and in Bible their is an issue about tithe while Muslims preach with Quran and the Quran does not have anything to do with tithe.

Bible is our standard as a Christian, so obey it with all diligence

Tithe is given to God not the Pastor. Most pastors have their jobs as bankers ,lecturers, business men . It's a voluntary service for 90% of them only few receive salary from their ministry . Church money forms not belong to pastor
