Most of the annoying spammer/scammer can be fixed in less than 5 minutes.

Yes, I have a template on how to do that.
1. Look up the web address on whois.com
2. Look out for the report abuse email of the registrar
3. Screenshot the scam advert
4. Attach the screenshot in a mail requesting the registrar to pull down the website

Most of them use https://freenom.com
If that is the registrar of the domain you want to report, the abuse email address is abuse@freenom.com

That's it. They'll take it up from there and the fool might have try again until he exhausts the 5 free domain extension: .CF . CL .gq .ml & .ga.

About the pornography shit, you can use the same format, they are going to lose earnings from AdSense
