I thought Visa is supposed to be a stamp on a passport

Even our own visa fees is conspicuously written "$144"

I took Indian once, it looked like a colored photocopied paper.

And Someone said it doesn't have value anymore

Why the french? We don't speak french nah, abi of holder of a valid Nigerian Visa is allowed entry into other francophone African countries.

No picture of the visa holder? Hmmm, such loop hole can be exploited by our people fa but again thank God it is not issued to Nigerian.

I'm told this is one of the hardest visa to get

The illegal immigrants are more than those with valid documents.

Btw, I have never seen SARS harassing foreign nationals ( those with white colours, including Asian). Even though some of them are worst with crimes than an average Nigeria

I still don't understand why we add French to most of our international and diplomatic document. Its not as if French is an official language or a part of the country speaks french
