The all-new 2020 Lincoln Aviator is a three-row SUV that fits in the Lincoln lineup just above the two-row midsize Nautilus and beneath the larger Navigator.

It is designed to compete with the Mercedes-Benz GLE, Volvo XC90, Audi Q7, and the BMW X5. It shares its underpinnings with the new rear-drive Ford Explorer and comes in five trim levels, including the Standard, Reserve, Black Label, Grand Touring, and Grand Touring Black Label.

Inside the three-row Lincoln Aviator features a 30-way adjustable driver and front passenger seats, including various massage functions. Also included is a 28-speaker audio system, electronic doors, 10-inch touchscreen-operated Sync 3 infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Other features include a power liftgate, 19-inch wheels, automatic LED headlights and wipers, Lincoln Drive Modes, Hill Start Assist, Lincoln Co-Pilot360 safety pack, and bundles of driver-assist technologies, including Evasive Steering Assist, Reverse Brake Assist, Active Park Assist Plus and many more.

Powering all Aviator models is the Twin-Turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine that generates 400 horsepower and 415 lb.-ft. of torque.

The Aviator Grand Touring uses a battery-powered electric motor that is paired with the standard Twin-Turbocharged engine to produce more than 494 horsepower and more than 630 lb.-ft. of torque.

The pricing, excluding the shipping and clearing, starts at $52,195 -- that's about $9,500 less than a 2019 BMW X5 sDrive40i, $2,500 more affordable than the 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 and $2,350 less expensive than the Audi Q7.

The cheapest 2020 Aviator Grand Touring starts at $69,895 , that’s a whopping $17,700 more than the base model while the range-topping 2020 Aviator costs $91,145.
