I don't know if you were sincere with this post or lied, but regardless, if you know you aren't emotionally and psychologically strong to be a certain way unapologetically, then be mindful of people you engage or mingle with and I don't mean online platforms only, everywhere.

If being toxic here (because you really were) was a projection of people you engaged and to worsen it, affected your offline 'human' side, then be very careful about things and people you engage in/with for whatever reason. In a faceless world where we can choose to be anything, at least, choose who won't damage or affect your real being, choose who you can be strong to be.

"If you can't beat them, LEAVE them or beautify yours to others' admiration". Being/acting toxic isn't a yardstick for relevance or to be considered 'REAL DEAL' especially if it isn't who you are or not strong enough to fake it.

Honestly what most people don't get is behind these monikers are humans with feelings. I doubt many are really taking the insults in good fate like we all pretend to be. MOST of us that were or are toxic r more emotional about the game than objective hence the break.
