your post is not optimized properly around the keyword, are you sure the keyword is below 30% to be called low competition as you said

Have you tried searching for it in other search engine like bing, ask, yahoo etc.? if it ranks in these places just know is because of google. They don't rank most new sites so fast

have you worked on ur on page and off page seo, if you optimized your post well give google time to crawl the post properly but I believe if your post is optimized and once indexed you can still get to page 1 on Google for low competition keyword
