Maybe memory full...not too sure though. Try free up some space and try again.

Mine too...I googled and the solution was clearing the data of the play store app in settings and it worked fine..

free up some space. Why not get a memory card and save some things in it. It would help you.

Go Google Play Services under apps and clear data & cache. Then restart your phone.
