Some 'rich people' do not understand what 10k can do in the lives of other people. These are the same 'rich people' who cannot give common 1k to those who really need it.
The government is doing it now and they are complaining.
Where I used to work before, I know two old women who earn 10k monthly and they have their own small houses.

It still amazes me how anyone is angry that the petty trades are getting a collateral-free money to support their trade. With the opportunity to get up to 150,000 if they keep repaying in time.
