Please house a client paid money from his diamond bank account to my gt bank savings account today as at 6;30pm.
Till now I keep checking my mobile app and I haven't seen the money and I sent my friend at home to use my ATM and check and he still didn't find the money there.
The said sum is 2,140,000 naira.he sent me a debit alert but it Does not have my name in it.just a couple of numbers and all that bank stuff...
Could it be he didn't pay or network issues for real?
I am not in Nigeria right now else I for call my bankers or visit them tonight sef but I can't from here since my main phone broke.

since you have checked the app and ATM and no money in your account, thrn it means nothing has entered your account. Tell him to send the session i.d of the transaction and tell your friend in Nigeria to help you give it to your bank so they can trace the transaction. If he made the payment, then within 24 hours, you will receive it
