I think is high time the government should take measures on how to be castrating this rapist when caught or found guilty.

Why is it dat all rapists have this stature?

Once tangible evidence has been obtained they should have performed a service to humanity and REMOVED the pedophile because we're not so sure about the judicial system and the Police you can safely place a bet the pedophile will walk free.
