After reading the posts on this thread from number 1 to now, I've come to conclusion that Nigeria is better than Kenya while Kenya has a more visionary leaders.

Nigeria still leads in 80% of positive things from manufacturing to education, human resources to ict.

Kenya is far behind Nigeria

Another Development in Ogun state, Sammy

Gov Amosun fully aware that industrialization, agribusiness, mass-housing investment, and real time capital investment cant be contained in Lagos any longer, has started positioning the state whose borders encapsulate lagos to absorb most of these investments and teeming population. Lagos at this moment has room for ONLY tourism, finance, upgrading its current infrastructure to world-class level, and becoming Nigeria's 1st class state. In 100% of my post, Ive projected 4 states as been the power house of Nigeria: 1. Lagos: Nigerian New York/Hollywood and Las Vegas. 2. Ogun State: Nigerian New Jersey (the state that absorbs the excesses of Lagos), and a texas in the making that feeds the massive population of Lagos and absorbs its excess population. 3. Abuja: Nigerian Washigton DC, and 4. PH: Nigeria's future Alaska where most of teeming youths and adults will run to when it comes to oil jobs depending on government policies, though it appeared Lagos is also stationing itself to steal some of the leading oil-state thunders, as it would join the league of oil-producing states within a year or two.
Here are some of the current updates of development going on within Ogun state.

Wow. Is this going to be Ogun or the state capital Abeokuta? Cos I know that the currently CBD planning in Abeokuta is handled by the Malaysian govt and Ogun govt...which everyone this is great and I know rvp will not like this

Nigerians are super smart and we do know how to conquer..Look at a Nigerian practically running the country of US and UK ...damn he owns UK 2nd largest international airport amongst so many achievements he has made in Harvard and YS as a whole. I have sometime learnt of his firm but I wasn't aware of its owner...His firm GLOBAL INFASTRUCTURE PATNERS are among the top pioneers of AWKA MILLENNIUM CITY

They cannot - when even Uganda Air is now flying - to Nairobi. It's a national pride thing. They rather go broke - already debt servicing takes 50% of their gov budget - than stop flying 6 passengers to India.

And KaziKazi dares talks about KQ - that has 140 destinations - including direct flight from Nairobi to NY.

Mombasa port - slowly eclipsing Durban for the most efficient port. Tin Apapa and Lagos port complex competing for the worst port with Dar Slums...a container there can take a month to snake it's way out of the port. In Mombasa..a ship docker today and your container is in Nairobi (500kms away) the same day if not the following day.

Stop making noise..do you have a deepseaport port?..if that is not a deepseaport then I don't even want to listen to your noise..Lagos is expecting the first deepseaport in West Africa and possibly east Africa this year
