Can't Find Login Option After Booting Up My PC by Emmaway(op): 12:35pm On Sep 22, 2019*

Good day guys, my PC has refused to show me where to enter my password after booting - I just have a blank screen with date and time.
I've tried some things:
CTRL + ALT + DELETE.
Hold SHIFT key while booting or rebooting.

I guess what's remaining is to perform a factory reset (maybe, maybe not).

Please guys, how can I get past this?

If you can see the cursor, just try to move the mouse randomly for a few moment. hopefully the login screen will appear

I think this is normal,he just need to hit the space bar and the login space should appear.
@Emmaway,your PC is fine as it boot successfully as evidence on the screen,just hit the space bar or enter key.

Hit the windows key on your keyboard.
