1. Mercy never lied to him. Next week is Mercy's birthday and Ike and Mike had discussed about buying the immunity for Mercy as a birthday gift.
On the day of the purchase, Ike and Mercy had a discussion about it with Ike asking her which week she will prefer to be saved and she said this week. Ike later asked her to raise the remaining 100 coins as they were still short. This she dis by selling one of her veto cards to Mike for 100coims.

2. Mercy played no role in it. Truth be told, Mercy and Frodd have a tricky rship stemming from Frodd's decision to use his veto powers on her.
After Nelsons eviction, Frodd started spending more time with Esther thereby limiting his time with other HMs, Ike inclusive.
Ike's decision to save Omashola instead of him further destroyed their friendship as Frodd felt betrayed.

3. As always, BB didn't want to make the whole thing straightforward, hence the hitherto nominations.
Frodd could have still decided to nominate anyone he wanted.

I'm a Mercy fan. But any honest peraon here knows that my submission is what happened.

Frodd didn't start to spend more time with Esther after Nelson's eviction. He was with Venita for a while before moving to Esther.

Mercy's hatred for Frodd during the time he was with Venita didn't change neither did her hateful rants about Frodd to Ike changed. It only changed for a while after Frodd went back to Esther after which, she directed her hatred to Esther whom she's always thought if she deserved the care of any guy in the house.

After Esther left, her hatred for Frodd returned in full force.

If at all Esther was to come up in this case, I would say it was more of Frodd being paranoid about Esther. He once made a statement to Venita about how all the guys in the house hated him cos of Esther (which is funny cos only Seyi, Sir Dee, Nelson were interested in Esther). I wouldn't be surprised if he thought same of Ike after his veto decision and had been watching Ike ever since then. As a matter of fact, his intensity with Esther increased in the week both himself and Esther were up for eviction. He was always fond of crowding her at every point and didn't give her space unlike before. Same thing happened at the party. I also noticed how he didn't bother to check on Ike even when he knew he was drunk after the party but rather, he was more concerned if Ike didn't vomit on his shoe. I don't blame him though cos Ike was fond of gazing at Esther at times but there was nothing beyond that.

Anyway, the point is Esther didn't take Frodd away from Ike. In fact, she constantly told Frodd to settle with Ike. Esther was even closer to Mercy and Ike than Frodd was to them during the time she was with Frodd but in the end, she had to choose to be with Frodd over Mercy and Ike cos Frodd wasn't in good terms with them. Even Mike had to ask her how it felt to always be with Frodd as well as not being part of the power puff girl anymore. (Esther didn't even know that Mercy, and Diane were always gossipping about her then).

She feels confused. She thought she escaped nomination at first but she's okay.She has mixed feelings. And with the people she is up with she is worried yet she is confident she ll make it.
