Just In: Atiku, PDP File Appeal Against Tribunal Judgement At Supreme Court by Nobody: 11:55am On Sep 24, 2019
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate in the 2019 general elections, Atiku Abubakar, have filed an appeal at the Supreme Court against the judgement of the presidential election petitions tribunal.

The tribunal had dismissed Atiku’s petition and upheld President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory at the polls.

Atiku and his party filed the appeal on five grounds on Monday.

They alleged that the panel of the presidential election tribunal erred in law “when they relied on “overall interest of justice” to hold that the 2nd Respondent’s Exhibits R1 to R26, P85, and P86 were properly admitted in evidence.”

They are, therefore, asking the Supreme Court to set aside the judgement of the tribunal and grant the prayers sought by them.

I think this Atiku is up to something which I can only consider to be the 'Buhari Strategy'

How do I mean?

Buhari challenged Obasanjo, Yaradua and Jonathan. He was the first runner up in all the elections— even though obviously fraudulent elections— and at the end, Nigerians remembered him for his consistency
Infact, it had made him appear cheated and garnered sympathy.

Atiku is also trying out same strategy.. and hopes to be considered by Nigerians someday.....

Even his lawyers can't deceive him that he would win the case at supreme, but he needs to act cheated and also remain in the news

If Buhari and Atiku couldn't unseat Yaradua in 2007 election which was described as the "most fraudulent election anywhere in the world", is it in this case that Atiku can unseat Buhari?
Congrats to his lawyers though. More free money for them

It was Jonathan that rode on sympathy to becaome president. (He had no shoes). Buhari was elected because Jona messed up so much that he was not electable. Atiku is also not electable based on the way he and his goons raped and pillaged this country when he was vp. His best shot was in the just concluded elections.

It's not over until it's over. Let the apex court decide and reaffirm some of the controversial decisions of the tribunal.
