Stop making excuses. Commissioners are needed because the governor cannot be knowledgeable
in all fields and he cannot single-handedly manage all the ministeries.
He didn't appoint commissioners because he wasn't interested in doing anything.
He was just receiving visitors and responding to greetings.

Yes, that's true...

Although I am going to blame Nigerians too.

One funny thing I have noticed about Nigerians...especially here on Nairaland...is that they regard Buhari...and his predecessors in Aso Rock for that matter...as their local government chairman, state governor, senator and house of rep combined....

Another thing is that most Nigerians go and vote on election day...and then go and sit down...and look at their electoral officials the way we look at fashion models on the catwalk...without realisng that voting is a small part of democracy....
