They are already planning to bring in Judges sympathetic to Buhari and APC.

Which meant Buhari most probably had the more correct information about Onoghen's culpability and criminal tendencies all along,as eventually proved in court and partly by Onoghen's admissions himself.

To me, the case of Onoghen turned out to be a rotten egg on the face of VP Osinbajo, who probably thought he was doing the needful for a fellow senior member of the legal fraternity, when in actual fact he just rushed to appoint a shady character at best in Onoghen.

So Buhari had information Onoghen was corrupt yet didn't pass it on to his deputy?

Buhari with hindsight knew this day would come, hence the retirement of Onoghen.
Sharia court Judge Tanko was specifically picked to replace Onoghen for this very purpose.
I'm afraid Atiku won't get justice from the courts but heaven is watching.

Keep on fooling yourself.

Atiku's lawyer know VERY well that he has no case, but the lawyers must survive.

BTW: I expect Mary Odili to excuse herself from this, - conflict of interest reason.

Remember Amina Zakari, Zainab Bulkachuwa.

Sharia judge Tanko should also recuse himself in the interest of justice.

Buhari knew the order of seniority and had to rope in Onnoghen, and Ngwuta who was harrased and detained by DSS for corruption, he succeeded in eliminating Onnoghen and elevating Tanko Mohammed.
Not satisfied he now wants the order of seniority to be discarded and new justices appointed to preside over the case.
Las Las Buhari is a man of 'integrity' according to SW Muslims.

This case is already compromised, Atiku should try but should not spend too much as it may be an exercise in futility cool
Did Buhari instruct Onnonghe not to declare the full foreign income in his possession? Did Onnoghen admit his failure by under- declaring the money in his possession? Most of you are the major setback and problem in our society today

Which justice do you want Atiku to get from www.factdontlie.com.ng as his own INEC server where he won the election? Abi you didn't follow the tribunal hearing atall?

WHY!? Is he related to any politician? Those justices mentioned have their spouses as senior members of the political dispensation

Ignore the boy. His emotions have beclouded his sense of reasoning.Atiku claims in the tribunal were just too shameful.
He said he won from Inec server. The Tribunal asked him to provide the server, Atiku lawyers provided www.factdontlie.com.ng as the server which was even created 2 weeks after the presidential election by those dubious elements employed by Atiku

Wake up from your fantasy. Atiku can't rule Nigeria again if he can't win this case. For me I don't pray for him to win, Bubu should do fast and leave that place for a fresh politician who is not in the caucus of those ruining Nigeria from independent day.

Yes...it's out of greed he pushed 4 times. But know this, everyone fight for himself first. To everyone who had tasted power, knows how intoxicating it is and the feeling thereof.

Put yourself in this shoe, you would have acted either like Mr president or Atiku.

I want you to think deep and reflect on your comment. If you were Buhari who contested for 3times going to court to challenge the election which everyone knows was widely rigged by PDP and you now eventually won, will you fold your arms and watch the mandate being taken from you through a Legal means that the same set of people couldn't allow you to get? Only a troll would believe Buhari won the 2003 2007 and 2011 elections for which he went to court. Buhari was not and still not popular in the south. To think (when he went to court) Buhari defeated Obasanjo, Jonathan and Yar'adua is the height of political naivety. So Buhari was able to garner 25% in 2/3 of the Federation with his CPC?

Buhari is not popular in the southeast does not mean he's not popular among the majority in the other region. The likes and share on Nairaland and other platform make you think Atiku won the election I guess. quote author=PapaBaby post=82557501]
