I went to school in Ife and the highest for two bedroom you can find in the most expensive parts sef is about 120 to 150 yearly
One room is like 50k

You're right about ejigbo, the light situation in that town is nothing to write home about ever since apc took over.
Places like èdè, ilesha, Ido Osun, ikirun used to enjoy power supply though.
