Hello everyone!
I remember I came here few months ago to complain about not getting any sales on fiverr. Well I'm now a level 1 seller on fiverr and I have made over 160k in the last 2months.
I've learnt some tricks which can help new sellers gain more impression and sales on fiverr.
I'd be sharing my tips and tricks as well as what I've learnt from being a seller on fiverr.
Kindly let me know if you have questions cause I'd be happy to answer all your questions in this section or in a detailed youtube video.

If you are among the group of people who believe its impossible to make legit money online, well you might want to reconsider that notion. Although I'm not a top rated seller or a level 2 seller, but I have gained experience on the platform. And trust me, you can earn above 100k monthly working on fiverr.

TIP 1; *PROFILE PICTURE AND GIG PICTURES*

Its a common knowledge that you cannot fully trust someone you don't know or you don't know what he/she looks like. So please use a decent picture of your face in your profile and gig, let buyers know that they are working with a valid person. Because buyers are more likely to buy from someone who uses a real picture than someone who uses just a random picture with words. If at all you want to use a picture with words, don't make it your primary gig picture.

You have to constantly think like a buyer than a seller if you want to land your first order.

TIP 2; GIG TITLE AND DESCRIPTION

Gig titles are as important as the gig descriptions. It is through your gig picture and title that you attract a buyer, however, what makes them buy from you is how well you are able to convince them that you are skilled in your gig description.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR GIG DESCRIPTION

#Your name #Area of expertise #Years of experience #The remarkable work or project you've done before #What services you offer in your gig #Price range #Call to action

Here is an example
.
.
.

Hello my name is....
I am a content creator with .... years of experience and have several articles and blog posts written by me.

I will
*create content for your blogs, websites, personal or official purpose.
*be your creative writer, giving you ideas that will make your article stand out.
*creating content on any topic or niche of your choice.
*ensure that the content matches your target audience.

I take my clients seriously and I do not joke with their projects.
I dedicate my time and effort in creating the perfect content that will bring satisfaction to my client.
my price range is within $5-$40 which is affordable for everyone, my goal is to ensure that with a minimal budget your desires are met.
I am easy to work with and a trial will convince you!
I am always at your service, so feel free to place an order now.
.
.
.
The more convincing your gig description is, the higher your chances are

Hello Interiordesigna,

I'm really happy for you. I used to be on Fiverr until early this year when I lost my account owing to fact that I couldn't verify it. The account was just a few months old and I was on the verge of becoming a level one sellersad

Please permit me to ask you these question: Were you ever asked to verify your account? If yes, how was it verified?

I wish to start all over again on Fiverr, but I just don't want to lose my account again after working so hard to build it.

Awaiting your response.

Yes i was asked to verify my account. They would usually ask you to verify your email address and phone number.
I know most people usually have problems with verifying their phone numbers, its mostly because they are verifying it on their phone browser.
I've learnt that you have to use a laptop to verify your phone number, if not it would not work.
I remember trying to verify my phone number with my phone browser for days but it never worked, till i used a laptop to do it and instantly it worked.
So try using a laptop next time

Nah. Not talking about that phase. Everyone is usually asked to verify their phone numbers during sign up, I did that successfully. Months after I had been on the platform, I was asked to verify my account with an international passport or driver's license bearing all the details I imputed when signing up. Details as my name, picture and location. That's the verification I'm talking about here.

It was only when I wanted to withdraw money from fiverr using payoneer that I was asked to provide an international passport or driver's license or national identity card. Order than creating a payoneer account for money withdrawal from Fiverr, i have never been asked to provide such details

Thanks for your response. I just might create me a new Fiverr accountsmiley I wonder how you made it on there as a Nigerian tho, especially in the articles and blog posts category. That niche is heavily saturated, plus the white folks on there would rather give jobs to English speaking natives (fellow white folks) than people from other regions lol.

One basic misconception people have is that you can't make it with a Nigerian account and that is wrong.
I know a female Nigerian who is a level 2 seller with over 3k reviews in the article and blog post category. and several other level 2 Nigerian sellers.
And most buyers don't even check for your country or any of that. They are mostly after what you can offer because its all about business and if you are good they'll keep coming back to you.
So the first step is usually to create an attractive gig title and gig description.
Just don't mind people who say that you can't make it with a Nigerian account.

I guess that's why you can't find the gig description.
First of all, you have to register to become a seller.
Scroll down to the end of the home page, you'll see the 'become a seller' section

Okay. So what do you suggest I use as a gig picture? A good looking picture of me or a random image that shows the services I offer? The latter worked for me during my time on Fiverr before I was kicked out lol. Awaiting your response.

It's all about sounding convincing.
before I started Fiverr, i didn't have any experience at all in writing articles and blog posts. But I still went ahead to create my gig.
In my gig description, i wrote that i have experience in the writing field, but I didn't.
The truth is that no one is going to do a background check to find out if you really know how to do what you say you do. buyers would believe what you tell them.
In as much as you have no experience, just learn everyday to improve yourself and with time you'd become an expert and gain the required experience.
However, I'm not telling you to over-hype yourself or your skills or to say things you cannot do, just sound like you are a professional in what you do.
Keep learning everyday

#digital marketing
#writing and translation
#video and animation
#music and audio
#programming and tech
#business
#lifestyle

there are different subcategories in each of the areas i listed. All niches are profitable, but focus more on what you think you can do than the most profitable section
