Aba and Umuahia were actually well planned in the days of Sam Mbakwe. But Aba after years of neglect severely deviated from the master plan.

Umuahia on the other hand looks like they are trying their best to maintain some orderliness.

These were quality leaders who helped lay the ground work for some of our cities today.

We need visionary leaders for real development. It’s sad that some igbo cities fell apart abandoned over the years.

Selfish People started building houses anyhow without any plan or regard. This has to stop.
