Currently an Hausa man is Special adviser in Imo State. An elective position is opened to every Nigeria, if you think that you are popular go to any State and contest for any electoral position.

Maybe it's just me but I believe the portfolio given to Mr. Joe requires him to profer innovative solutions to waste and drainage management in Lagos. Lagos as a densely populated cosmopolitan city needs a structured drainage system as this will mitigate flooding and dirtiness. I see no reason carrying rake and cameramen cleaning gutters but then this is Nigeria. Can we ever get things right in this country?

You did not ask the govt, you did not ask the Gov of the State, you are asking an individual living and making his livelihood in Lagos, now, based on his service, selflessness, he was appointed Commissioner of drainage in the community he currently lives in, now, you, in your unbridled tribalistic bigotry want him to go and clean the bad road leading to where his parents are from? This is why, as untribalistic as i am, sometimes i don't blame some Northerners when they do or say some crazy things like, do not make an Igbo man your Chief of Army, or Defence.... You're comparing a one-off thing (Imo) with something that is consistent(Lagos). Lagos has been known to carry the Igbos especially along in political positions be as Commissioner, LG Chairman and Vice, Special adviser etc. Imagine mentioning the same South East that Theodore Orji as governor sacked fellow Igbo workers that are not from Abia State, as an example. There's no basis for comparison please.
