Only in one ranking (THE) since I think 2 yrs ago otherwise in other ranking Nairobi is ahead of any Nigerian university and is on top 10 in Africa.

Ghana as a whole is highly over rated, I was in Accra ,Tema, Afflaoa ..last year, and I wasn't impress with any thing.

In your own source the writer makes a clear destinction between deployed and exported/bought.

Proforce APC have been Exported to: Rwanda, CAR and South Sudan..... No where does it say its been exported to the UN! Its simply states it has been deployed with UN missions.
