Well whatever works sha.... Uber business has been more profitable for me than car sales.. The only reason I buy cars at times, is when I see really good deals.. It's like a light bulb comes on.. And I can't control myself, but it just tie down capital ..while uber is cash coming in every week
I just don't have the extra time to be snapping pictures ,do video , snap underneath of car ,call buyer etc omo I no fit do am ..too stressful for me .
Than at the end buyer will start talking nonsense up and down .. Most buyers don't appreciate good cars when they see one Than most car dealer will say once u sell the car you get bulk money.. I just laugh.. I tell them subtract your capital and tell me your profit... Than they keep quiet... each to his own sha..

@ bolded,one of the challenges though. Like I said selling cars I have 100% control over my cars unlike uber whereby 2nd/3rd of drivers can frustrate the helll out of someone.
No be all of us go sell gururu and epa,someone has to sell pure water and chilled coke,na em dey make the world revolve.

No offense in your words dru,we are al sharing ideas here. I disagree with you on one condition! Being a lazy car dealer only applies to people shipping in 2 to 3 cars a month! Ask calculu...sx he will tell you it's not child's play buying,shipping,clearing and fixing fleet of cars. Walk into a some car lots and you would find dealers selling 4 to 5 cars a week with a profit margin of 1.5 to 2 million,I'm not exaggerating.
You said it your self it boils down to how people source for der cars,no be everybody dey buy from auction as well.

You sell your cars cheaper because no "middle man" or you could be more greedy and still sell at the market price.. Others with middle man adds the cost of middle man to the sales price..

Lol.. .. With all due respect that will be the last thing I will ask anybody bro .. I can get cars cheaper than most people that sells cars on NL.. The thing is the time and energy it takes is not worth it .. The profit that you guys make might seems a lot to you guys... But factor in my own standard of living.. That profit will do very little for me in the USA... due to USA standard of living.. The high cost of living in USA is much higher than Nigeria ...

The cars I do sell are based on request.. I do have few clients that use offerup or craiglist.. These guys communicate with the sellers and agree on a price.. My job is to pay the seller ,tow the car,ship to the port and do all the paper work for my client.. And I charge a fee for it. And at times I see good offers and I buy to sale .. All these things I do on my own free time .. I don't go out of my way to do it.. I don't have that time and patient.. But when it comes to looking for cars for my uber fleet .. I definitely create time and go out of my way.. Uber business pays me more than car sales by far.....
